COSMIC BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

Special Directive No. 3

Effective February 22, 2004 the Cosmic Baseball Association will redesign the structure of the Cosmic Baseball Association Playing Leagues.
(1). The current three [3] league, twenty-four [24] team organization is changed to two [2] leagues with twelve [12] cosmic teams.
(2). The Middleleague is discontinued.
(3). The following six [6] Cosmic Baseball Teams comprise the UPPERLEAGUE:

Paradise Pisces
Dharma Beats
Alphatown Ionians
Vestal Virgins
Washington Presidents
Wonderland Warriors

(4). The following six [6] Cosmic Baseball Teams comprise the LOWERLEAGUE:

Delta Dragons
Heartland Capitalists
Bolex Poetics
Motherland Mothers
Bigtopia Barnumstormers
New Ceutical City Pharmers (new team)

(5). The following twelve [12] Cosmic Baseball Teams are deactivated:

Armegeddonia Anarchists
Eden Bohemians
Bhutan Vanguards
American Courtiers
Valhalla Minstrels
Membrano Phones
Chopintown Preluders
Pre Raphaelite Brotherhood
Telecity Superbas
Merryland Tricksters
Psychedelphia Woodstockings
Pranktown Busriders*
*Deactivated December 15, 2003.

(6). The Cosmic Universal Series will be played between the best of the UPPERLEAGUE and the best of the LOWELEAGUE.
(7). The Subleague Series is discontinued.
(8). This redesign and realignment directive will be in effect commencing with Season 2004.
