Documented American train thieves competed against celluloid visions of trains in this Second National Train Day Cosmic Baseball Game celebrating the 3rd Annual National Train Day in the United States. The Train Robbers defeated the Train Movies in a well-played, exciting game. Crime, film, baseball and trains have all intersected each other during American history. This year, the organizers of the National Train Day event created a special exhibition "History of Baseball's Travel on Trains" at the 30th Street Amtrak station in Philadelphia. |
