2004 Pre Season Game
JACK KEROUAC was born March 12, 1922 in Lowell, Massachusetts. He died 47 years later in St. Petersburg, Florida, a poor, perhaps broken man. Since his death Kerouac has grown in importance in the the fields of literature and other cultural activities. During his lifetime he joined the U.S. Navy, worked at a series of earn-a-living jobs. But his nearly life-long passion and his life's work was unquestionably the art of writing.
Kerouac is a veteran leftfielder for the Dharma Beats.
